We’re Dan and Melissa, owners of Boundless Horizon Puppies based in Millersburg, Ohio, since 2022. We place Cavapoo, Maltipoo, and Teddy Bear puppies with Elkins and Randolph County families through a vetted network of family home raisers, never a commercial facility. We evaluate every home raiser in person before any litter is placed.
Elkins is the seat of Randolph County and the gateway to the Monongahela National Forest, a 900,000-plus-acre national forest that surrounds the city with mountain trails and rivers. Davis & Elkins College anchors the town’s east side and hosts the annual Augusta Heritage Festival every summer.
