Group Delivery Routes
Group delivery runs scheduled routes through regional corridors, delivering to multiple families along the same route on the same day. Your puppy travels with Dan in a climate-controlled vehicle alongside a small number of other puppies heading to families in your area. You meet Dan at a pre-arranged, convenient location along the route — typically a rest area, parking lot, or similar spot close to your home.

Flight Nanny Service
For families farther away — across the country or anywhere ground delivery isn’t practical — we offer professional flight nanny service. A trained flight nanny accompanies your puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight to the airport nearest you. Your puppy is never placed in cargo. They sit in an approved carrier under the seat directly in front of the nanny for the entire flight, and you meet them at the arrival gate.
Flight nanny service is available to all 50 states and is typically bookable within 48 hours of your puppy being ready, depending on flight availability and your location.
How the Flight Nanny Process Works
Reserve your puppy with your $200 refundable deposit. Let us know you’d like flight nanny delivery and your nearest major airport.
Once your puppy is ready to travel, we book the nanny’s flight. Most bookings are available within 48 hours. We send you the flight details including airline, flight number, and arrival time.
The nanny sends you updates before departure and upon landing. Your puppy travels in-cabin in an airline-approved carrier — never in cargo. The nanny ensures your puppy is comfortable and calm throughout the flight.
You meet the nanny at the arrival area. The nanny hands over your puppy along with all health records, paperwork, and the food your puppy has been eating. Your puppy is home.

We do not ship puppies as cargo — not under any circumstances, not for any price. Cargo shipping exposes puppies to extreme temperatures, rough handling, and dangerous stress levels. Every puppy from Boundless Horizon Puppies travels in-cabin with a person.

Local Pickup — Millersburg, Ohio
Families who prefer to come to us are always welcome. We are located in Millersburg, Ohio 44654, in the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country. Many families from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania choose to make the drive and pick up their puppy in person.
Pickup allows you to meet Dan, ask any last-minute questions, and see firsthand how your puppy has been cared for. We review all paperwork together, go through the health records, and make sure you feel fully prepared before you leave.
📍 Plan Your Visit
Contact us to schedule your pickup time before your puppy is ready to go home. Millersburg is a 1–2 hour drive from Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Akron, and is a beautiful area to visit. We’re always happy to have families come meet us in person.
What We Never Do
There are practices common in the puppy industry that we refuse to use — not as a marketing talking point, but because they put puppies at risk or put our families in a position of not knowing what happened to their puppy in transit.

And if you prefer to meet at a location convenient to you rather than your front door, we are always happy to accommodate that.
- Cargo flight shipping: Your puppy will never travel in the cargo hold of an aircraft. Cargo exposes puppies to temperature extremes, pressure changes, rough handling, and severe stress. Flight nanny service means in-cabin only — full stop.
- Unaccompanied travel: Your puppy is never sent alone. Whether it’s Dan, a trusted driving partner, or a professional flight nanny, a person who knows and cares for your puppy is present from our door to yours.
- Placing puppies younger than 8 weeks: We do not send puppies home before 8 weeks of age — no exceptions. Separating a puppy too early causes lasting behavioral and social development problems. This is also illegal in Ohio and many other states we serve.
- Working with puppy mills or high-volume commercial kennels: Every puppy we place comes from a small family breeder Dan knows personally. We do not source from commercial breeding facilities, USDA-licensed mass-production kennels, or anyone who treats litters as inventory rather than family.
