Our Puppy Health Guarantee

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession. Failure to do so will void this Health Guarantee in its entirety. The cost of this initial examination is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Boundless Horizon Puppies guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, dewormed on a regular schedule, and given age-appropriate vaccinations.

This guarantee covers life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for a period of two (2) years from the puppy’s date of birth.

If the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition within two years of purchase, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian in writing, Boundless Horizon Puppies will offer one of the following at Boundless Horizon Puppies’ discretion:

1. A replacement puppy of equal value from an available or upcoming litter.
2. A partial refund not to exceed 100% of the original purchase price.

Veterinary documentation must be submitted to Boundless Horizon Puppies within 5 business days of diagnosis. A second opinion from a veterinarian of Boundless Horizon Puppies’ choosing may be required.

Unless purchased with full breeding rights, the Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by 12 months of age. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to Boundless Horizon Puppies. Failure to comply voids the remaining Health Guarantee and any registration papers if applicable.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for change of mind, lifestyle changes, behavioral issues, or any non-health-related reason after a puppy has been taken home.

A $200 reservation deposit is required to hold your puppy. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price and is refundable prior to taking possession of the puppy. Once a puppy has gone home, all sales are final.

If for any reason the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Buyer agrees to contact Boundless Horizon Puppies first before rehoming, surrendering, or selling the puppy. We will make every effort to assist in rehoming.

The puppy must never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue without first notifying Boundless Horizon Puppies.

Boundless Horizon Puppies’ total liability under this guarantee shall not exceed the original purchase price of the puppy. Boundless Horizon Puppies is not responsible for any veterinary bills, boarding costs, training expenses, shipping costs, or any other expenses incurred by the Buyer.
