Reserve your puppy with confidence — fully protected when the puppy is exactly as described.
How the Deposit Works
We’re Dan and Melissa, owners of Boundless Horizon Puppies. When you place a $200 deposit, we pull that puppy from availability right away. No one else can reserve it or be shown it — it’s held for you until your scheduled delivery or pickup appointment.
When the Deposit Is Refunded
The puppy is not accurately represented by the listing, photos, or our prior conversations. If what you see in person does not match what was described, we refund your $200 in full — no questions asked.
When the Deposit Is Forfeited
You do not appear for your scheduled delivery or pickup appointment and do not contact us beforehand. The puppy was held, transport was arranged, and a no-show without notice is a loss we cannot absorb.
Why We Require a Deposit
A deposit protects every family on the waitlist, not just you. Once you reserve, we stop showing that puppy to other families and plan your delivery route around your appointment. The $200 is what turns an inquiry into a real reservation.
The deposit applies to your total
Your puppy is priced at delivery. The $200 you paid comes directly off that number. You’re not paying $200 extra, you’re paying $200 early.

View our available puppies page or call us at (330) 238-8997. We’ll walk you through every puppy currently available and answer every question.
Choose your puppy
Tell us which puppy you want to hold. We’ll confirm the breed, color, gender, estimated ready date, price, and delivery or pickup options before you pay a single dollar.
Place your $200 deposit
Reserve online at bhpuppies.com/reserve/ or we’ll send you a payment link directly. The puppy is removed from availability the moment your deposit is confirmed.
We schedule your appointment
Delivery to your area or pickup at Deer Run Park (4102 Glen Drive, Millersburg, OH 44654). We’ll confirm the date, time, and all details with you directly.
Meet your puppy, pay the balance
Your $200 deposit is deducted from the total. You pay only the remaining balance at the time of delivery or pickup.

Deposit Questions We Hear Most
Is the $200 deposit refundable?
Yes. It’s fully refundable if the puppy is not accurately represented by the listing, our photos, or our conversations. If the puppy does not match what was described, you get every dollar back.
When is the deposit forfeited?
The deposit is forfeited if you do not appear for your scheduled delivery or pickup appointment without prior notice. The puppy was held for you and transport was arranged, so a no-show without contact is a cost we cannot absorb.
Does the $200 apply to the purchase price?
Yes. The deposit is deducted from your puppy’s total at the time of delivery or pickup. You’re not paying it on top of the price.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call or text us at (330) 238-8997 as early as possible. We’ll reschedule. The deposit is only forfeited when there’s no contact and no appearance at the appointment.
How do I place a deposit?

Can I place a deposit on a puppy that is not yet ready?
Yes. If a litter is upcoming or a puppy is still a few weeks from ready, a deposit holds your place in line. We’ll keep you updated with photos and progress until your appointment date.
What counts as “not as described”?
If the puppy’s breed, color, gender, size, temperament, or health status materially differs from what we told you, that qualifies. We stand behind every description we give. If we got something wrong, the refund is yours without argument.
