Which Breed Is Right for You?

Not sure which breed fits your home? Here’s an honest breakdown of each — what they’re great for and what they genuinely require.

Cavapoo

Cavalier King Charles × Poodle · 8–25 lbs

Best For

✓ Families with kids ✓ First-time owners ✓ Allergy households ✓ Active lifestyles ✓ Apartments

Honest note: The Cavalier side means deep bonding — and real separation anxiety if left alone too long. Cardiac health testing on both parents is non-negotiable for this breed. We follow the MVD Breeding Protocol on every litter.

Maltipoo

Maltese × Poodle · 5–15 lbs

Best For

✓ Apartments & condos ✓ City living ✓ Seniors ✓ Allergy households ✓ Quiet homes

Honest note: At 5–15 lbs they are genuinely small — fragile around toddlers and large dogs. Daily brushing is required; their coat mats quickly without it. Exceptional for single-person households and urban living.

Teddy Bear

Shih Tzu × Bichon Frise · 9–15 lbs

Best For

✓ Apartments ✓ Seniors ✓ City living ✓ Calm households ✓ Low-exercise owners

Honest note: The most consistently calm breed in our program. Daily brushing and daily tooth brushing are non-negotiable — not weekly. Dental disease is the primary long-term health cost for this breed. Commit to that and this dog is exceptional.

Why Boundless Horizon Puppies

What makes us different from every other option you’ve found today.

Family Homes Only. Always.

Every puppy in our program is raised in a family home — never a kennel, never a commercial operation. We evaluate every family home raiser personally before any placement.

We Deliver Every Puppy Personally

No flight nannies. No third-party transport. We arrange every delivery personally in a private, climate-controlled vehicle, so your puppy never changes hands between strangers.

ENS Training — Documented

Every puppy receives the full Early Neurological Stimulation protocol days 3–16. Not claimed — documented. The research-backed difference in temperament is real and measurable.

2-Year Written Guarantee

A legally binding document covering hereditary and genetic conditions. You can read every word before you place a deposit. No fine print surprises.

Lifetime Support

Our number doesn’t expire. Call or text with grooming questions, health concerns, or behavior issues for the life of your dog, not just the first 30 days.

$200 Refundable Deposit

Your deposit holds your puppy and applies to the total price. If delivery doesn’t happen on our end for any reason, it’s fully refunded. No risk to you.

Trupanion Insurance Partner

Every puppy goes home with 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance already active, so you’re covered for vet visits from day one while you decide on a longer-term plan.

BHP vs. The Alternatives

✓ We deliver personally ✗ Most use flight nannies or shipping ✓ Family home raisers, verified ✗ Many list breeders they’ve never visited ✓ ENS documented on every puppy ✗ Most mention ENS but don’t prove it ✓ 2-year guarantee you can read first ✗ Many guarantees run just 30 days ✓ Direct contact — no adoption assistants ✗ Large operations assign account reps ✓ $200 fully refundable deposit ✗ Many deposits are non-refundable

Questions About Reserving a Puppy

The most common questions about this page and how reservations work.

How do I reserve a puppy from this list?

Click any available puppy above to view its full listing, or call or text us at (330) 238-8997. A $200 refundable deposit holds your puppy and applies to your total price at delivery.

Is the $200 deposit really refundable?

Yes. It’s fully refundable under the terms in our deposit policy. It holds your puppy while we confirm details and schedule delivery or pickup.

What if the puppy I want isn’t listed anymore?

New litters come available weekly. Call or text us with the breed, gender, and color you’re hoping for, and we’ll reach out the moment a match comes up, often before it’s posted here.

How is the delivery price calculated?

Delivery is a flat fee by state, not by mileage or zone: $399 to Ohio, $599 to Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Florida. Ohio families can also pick up at Deer Run Park in Millersburg to skip the delivery fee.

Can I see health records before I decide?

Yes. We provide parent health-testing documentation and each puppy’s vet records before you place a deposit, not after. Call us and we’ll walk through them with you.

What comes with my puppy at delivery?

A signed 2-year written health guarantee, current vaccination and deworming records, a registered microchip, a veterinarian health certificate, and 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance.
