Overview

Our full refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since the date you recieved your puppy, we can’t offer you a full refund of your purchase price. In the event your puppy dies from a genetic defect (an inhearted defective trait from their parent), and the date is within 2 years of purchase, we will replace your puppy with one from the next litter (diffrent parents) of your choice.

Monitary Refund of Purchase Price

To be eligible for a 100% monetary refund (within 90 days of purchase), your puppy must have been health checked by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receiving him/her. The licensed veterinarian must document a life threatening genetic health issue without influence of any kind from any human. The puppy must be returned (at the buyer expense) with materials provided including toys, blankets, crates, or anything provided to you for the comfort of your puppy, excluding food.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, licensed veterinarian report, proof of food fed to puppy, and a letter from the customer outlining the situation

Puppy Owner Expectations

You are required to provide your puppy a 4.5 star rated puppy / dog food found on dogfoodAdvisor.com. Although we have confidence in the rating of puppy / dog food listed on this site, we can not be responsible for the overall quality and safety of what is the end manufacturer product. Each puppy / dog owner is responsible for the health and safety of their respective puppy / dog.
It is expected the the below list is a minimum and not exhausted list of proper care you should have documented and knowledge about the care your puppy / dog received:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace puppies / dogs who have been cared for in the manor outline in the Puppy Owner Expectations section, and the puppy / dog is within 2 years of your received date. Please ensure you have retained all applicable records for health care, exercise, food fed, and chew toys used..

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us prioir to shipping your puppy / dog.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your puppy / dog. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
