Step 2: Ask Questions & Get to Know Us
Call, text, or email us anytime! We love talking about our puppies and helping families understand what to expect. No question is too small - we want you to feel 100% confident.
Step 3: Reserve Your Puppy
Found your perfect match? A $200 deposit secures your puppy. This holds your spot and allows us to prepare everything for your puppy's journey home.
Step 4: Stay Connected
We send regular photo and video updates while your puppy grows. Watch them play, learn, and develop their personality! We also provide preparation guides so you're ready for puppy arrival.
Step 5: Welcome Home!
Your puppy comes home with complete health records, vaccination certificates, microchip information, starter food, and a welcome packet full of helpful resources. We arrange pickup or delivery based on your preference.
Step 6: Lifetime Support

How do you select the breeders you work with?
We have strict criteria! Every breeder must provide proof of health testing for parent dogs, maintain clean and spacious facilities, practice responsible breeding (not over-breeding), provide proper veterinary care, and socialize puppies from birth. We personally visit and inspect every breeder before partnering with them. If a breeder doesn't meet our standards, we don't work with them - it's that simple.
Can I visit and meet the puppies before adopting?
Absolutely! We encourage families to meet their potential puppy. You can schedule a visit to our location in Millersburg, Ohio. We'll introduce you to available puppies, answer questions, and help you find your perfect match. If distance is an issue, we're happy to arrange video calls so you can "meet" your puppy virtually!
What health guarantees do you provide?
Every puppy comes with a comprehensive 2-year genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions. This includes hip dysplasia, heart defects, liver shunts, and other genetic issues. We also guarantee that puppies are healthy at the time of adoption. All puppies receive veterinary exams, vaccinations appropriate for their age, deworming, and microchipping before going home.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes! We understand that puppies are an investment. We require a $200 deposit to reserve your puppy, with the balance due at pickup or delivery. We work with several pet financing companies that offer payment plans with approved credit. Contact us for current financing options and terms.
How does delivery work?
We offer safe, reliable nationwide delivery to all 50 states! We work with professional pet transporters who specialize in puppy delivery. Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with regular stops for water, potty breaks, and attention. We track the journey and keep you updated throughout. Delivery fees vary by location - contact us for a quote!
What age are puppies when they go home?
Puppies go to their new homes at a minimum of 8 weeks old. This timing is crucial - it allows puppies to complete their initial vaccinations, learn important social skills from mom and siblings, and be developmentally ready for the transition. Some puppies may go home slightly later depending on their individual development and readiness.
What comes with my puppy?
Your puppy comes home with everything you need to start off right:
